At Burlington Counseling Center, we offer compassionate therapy for children, teens, adults, and families in Burlington and Harwinton, CT. Whether you're working through ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a season of change, our therapists are here to walk alongside you.

Our clinicians bring specialized training in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and tailor care to what each person and family needs most.

We welcome clients throughout Northwest Connecticut including Bristol, Farmington, Simsbury, Torrington, Terryville and surrounding areas for in-person sessions, and we offer virtual therapy to clients anywhere in the state.
